There has been more then one formal requests for yesterday's deadline deal to go to "vote".
Scenario: Leafs and Roma Deal
- We had a hard deadline of 11:00pm
- Majority of the deal between Roma and Leafs was on paper before deadline (minus draft pick)
- Deal was officially submitted to LTP at 11:20pm
- Do we follow precedence from previous years with a “soft” deadline?
- Do we acknowledge past years deals as possibly illegal, though never officially contested and taken to vote?
- Do we create precedence?
Does the deal Between ROMA and LEAFS stand?
