2008 – 2009 DRAFT

September 18, 2008
Draft 2008 - 2009

The 2008 - 2009 draft was a huge success.  The Leafs had a record number of first round picks, and the Hitmen made their first ever draft pick.  There was little trading besides a late deal between the Leafs and Blackhawks, as most teams confidently drafted their targeted prospects.
